Refrigerator Slaw

Thinly slice and place in large bowl:

1 large head cabbage

1 large onion

1 or 2 green peppers

Sprinkle over vegetables:

1 cup sugar

1 T. salt

1/2 to 1 tablespoon celery seed

Heat to boiling:

1 cup vinegar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

Pour over vegetables. Cover; refrigerate eight hours, tossing occasionally.
