She wrote her first book at 24,\u00a0<i>Billy Graham in Big Orange Country<\/i>, a commemorative book about the Knoxville, Tennessee crusade, which made national headlines with the visit of President Richard Nixon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dianne is a former news and feature writer and columnist for the Johnson City (TN)\u00a0<i>Press-Chronicle.\u00a0<\/i>Her book\u00a0<i>Cabbages and Kings\u2014Reflections on Living Abundantly in Christ<\/i>\u00a0is a collection of devotional-style articles originally published in her weekly column.\u00a0<i>I Don\u2019t Chase the Garbage Truck Down the Street in My Bathrobe Anymore! Organizing for the Maximum Life<\/i>, won the Christian Authors Network 2014 Golden Scrolls third-place award for non-fiction book of the year.\u00a0<i>Help! I\u2019m Stuck and I Can\u2019t Get Out! The Maximum Marriage Maintenance and Repair Kit<\/i>, releases soon.<i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Dianne hosts a weekly program on the Christian radio station WHCB 91.5 FM, \u201cAt the Library\u201d on Saturdays at 3:30 p.m.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.whcbradio.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.whcbradio.org<\/a>. Her guests have included James Dobson, Philip Yancey, Jerry B. Jenkins, Karen Kingsbury, Clay Cross, Steven Arterburn, Richard Blackaby, Carol Kent, Chonda Pierce, Mark Lowry, Thelma Wells, and Gary Chapman.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of CLASS (Christian Leaders, Authors and Speakers Seminars), she\u2019s a member of Advanced Writers and Speakers Association, Christian Authors Network, and Christian Women in Media Association.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dianne\u2019s passion is investing her life in women, encouraging whole-hearted devotion to Christ, who is worthy of adoration and praise. She and her husband live in Tennessee. They have two married children and two grandchildren.
